• Can Your Cold Rooms be made to an exact size?

All our cold rooms are custom made to suit your exact requirements, this means you can maximise the use of existing space and get the best value for money.

• Are CAD drawings provided?

Detailed CAD layout drawings are provided free of charge with every quotation.

This includes any necessary amendments requested

• Do you carry out site checks?

We carry out free of charge site checks and surveys throughout the UK

• Do you design the room to my needs?

Room are designed to give you the maximum use of space and give the best value for money

Refrigeration equipment is selected to give the most economical running costs whilst ensuring it can maintain temperature under working conditions.

• How long before I get my Quote?

We aim to get a detailed quotation and layout drawing to you with 24 hours of your enquiry.

Although the vast majority of quotations are sent within 2 hours

• What Experience do you have in Cold Rooms?

Every member of our team has over 40 years experience in Cold Room and Refrigeration, there’s not much we don’t know !!

No room is too big or too small (or too much trouble!)

We only use parts and materials we know will last and have been tried and tested.

Reliability is built in.

• What is the life expectancy of your cold rooms?

Our Cold Rooms are designed to last 20 years plus.

We have maintenance customers that still have equipment running we installed 30 years ago.

We do not use cheap components !

Installation

Answers to typical questions regarding deliveries and installations

What is the typical lead time?

Our warehouse is kept fully stocked so rooms can be made, delivered and installed very quickly, a few days from order if required.

What is the typical Installation Period?

Small rooms can usually be completed in one to two days, larger rooms depend in the size.

After Sales

Vital information on our after sales service, warranties and emergency cover

• What Warranty do you provide?

The industry standard warranty is 12 months parts and labour

However, as we have complete confidence in the materials and the installation methods we use, our standard warranty is 18 months on all new cold rooms

• Are spares readily available?

We are very careful only to use equipment and materials that are readily available off the shelf.

This way if you need any parts going forward, they are always available for same day collection if needed.

• Do I get some sort of breakdown cover?

All new installations include our Emergency Cover Service as standard

• How reliable are your rooms?
